Tolls & Parking fees will be extra according to each trip

Late Pickup services between 12 am & 5 am will be charged $20 extra. Waiting time charges will be ($20 for the first 1/2 hour & $40 for each hour). You will not be charged for delay at the airport if the flight was delayed for any reason. Any other delays at the airport due to customs, gates, baggage claims will be charged $40 hour, etc. We usually do our best to get the update on the flights but we do appreciate if you update us with changes or cancellations of the flights

We are not responsible for any damages caused due to traffic delays, unfavorable weather conditions, accidents or any unforeseen circumstances.

There is no additional fee or charges during holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New years eve & New year day, Memorial day, Fourth of July, and Labor day.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the long distances nature of lots of trips, Customers are kindly requested to inform us with the changes or cancellations 2 hours ahead of time. Customer will be charged 50% or 1/2 of the trip fare if cancellation is less then 2 hours. Last minute cancellation such as 30 minutes prior to pick up, customer will be charge 100% of the trip fare. In case of snow emergency, Milton coach will do whatever it can to get to you if weather permits. If you a Flight is cancelled, the above formula will be waived and customers will not be charged for cancellation, unless the customer is in the car and on their way to their destinations.
